Hi, I’m Andrew Armanios, a London based graphic designer and web developer. I love making custom websites, creating brand identities and designing items for print.
My background in product design has given me a holistic view of solving creative design and coding problems, allowing me to take on a wide range of projects. Whatever the project is, user experience and intuitiveness are central to my process, whether it’s a simple printed leaflet or a complex website interaction.

So far my career highlights have been working with the world’s first natural media company and the UK’s most prolific composer. With over 15 years of design and development experience I have a lot that I want to share with you and your customers, so how about we get to it?
We’ve worked with Andrew for a number of years, utilising his design and coding skills across both online and printed design projects. He has always been efficient, reliable with a great understanding of our brand and its application across design.
Andrew is the perfect partner for launching your website and brand. He is easy to work with, requires minimal direction, and delivers the right features, with the right look, on time.
Andrew’s experience in developing the Daiwa Anglo-Japanese Foundation’s new website leaves me in no doubt as to his talent, dedication and hard work. Andrew was meticulous in developing a website and is always responsive to all our needs and requirements. Andrew’s work on our bilingual Annual Review, in three consecutive years was, similarly, hugely appreciated as well. His thoughtful advice on layout, cover image, and images within the Review were extremely well considered. We were always assured of Andrew’s quick response to any issues arising with regard to our website. My support of Andrew comes with full confidence in his integrity.
Bespoke and beautiful designs that are joyous to look at and work effectively. I’m passionate about pixels, with each job designed from scratch to meet your exacting requirements.
If I’m developing your website you’ll get custom written code. It may take that little longer to get there but it will mean you have a highly optimised website that loads fast and is written to the latest web standards. This means Google will love your site, perhaps achieving first page ranking as I have for other clients.
I believe in effective communication throughout the whole project, providing efficient support and advice with an emphasis on jargon free conversation. I’ll always be there at the end of the phone to deal with whatever’s happening, during a job and afterwards.
I work closely with you to produce something that we can both be proud of. I feel my role is to guide you to project bliss, we’re both on this creative journey and I need to learn about you and your business to make this work. But for those who prefer the hands off approach I can deal with that too, giving you the space you need for your busy schedule and just producing what is asked of me.
I am highly proficient in Adobe’s creative suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe XD.
I can also code with the latest web standards: HTML5, CSS3 with SCSS, Javascript with Vue, PHP and MySQL. WordPress is my chosen content management system which I know inside out, creating custom themes and plugins. I also use Git and WooCommerce for eCommerce.
A good old fashioned pencil and sketchbook don’t go amiss either.
I pride myself in providing a full digital service, I’m highly experienced in both graphic design and web development. Being the only person you need to go to get your questions answered without wading through a slew of account handlers and managers – you save time and hassle, I get to know you and the job intimately meaning a streamlined experience for you and overall better end product for everybody.
However there are those time when timelines don’t match up or when two heads are better than one. In those circumstances I lean on my network of trusted freelancing colleagues.
Absolutely! As a multi-disciplinary expert I communicate effectively with a range of technical roles and can slot in productively to fill in your gaps.
I work with you to establish a realistic timeline with milestones that are achievable for all parties involved. The deadline is sacred to me, I’ve never missed one! Whenever there may be scope creep I will let you know immediately so we can adjust accordingly.
How long is your piece of string? It very much depends on what you’re after but generally a full website design and build can take around 4-8 weeks, after a lead time of about 2-4 weeks.
After a proposal is accepted a 50% deposit is required before work starts. If the project has been agreed to work in stages then there’s a balance and deposit for each stage moving forward.
Larger projects have fixed costs so you can easily manage budgets but smaller and ad-hoc work may be priced by the hour, especially if there are unknowns such as diagnosis of an issue.
Got another question?
Ask meI deliver intuitive designs paired with bespoke development. This ensures your custom website is both beautiful and functional, perfectly reflecting your brand.
A brand strategy is a long-term plan designed to resonate with your customers, I help you to stand out in the marketplace and drive business growth.
Design is more than looks, it’s about intuitiveness and effective visual communication. I create compelling human-centric designs whether for print or any other media.
