Nupur Gupta

Nupur Gupta is a portfolio manager and is responsible for the investment strategy, asset allocation and performance of several of the firm’s global multi-asset funds. Nupur is also responsible for specialized research for Southeast Asian markets, and is the key analyst for Singapore asset views.

Nupur joined Eastspring Investments in May 2019. She brings a wealth of economic and equity strategy experience from Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Most recently, Nupur was the India and Southeast Asia economist for Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, she worked as a European equity and quant strategist and equity derivatives trader for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Nupur holds a Master of Philosophy in economics from Nuffield College, University of Oxford, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
