Ning Lin

Ning Lin has 20 years’ experience in the global financial industry. He is currently a managing director and head of CICC Hong Kong Asset Management. Before joining CICC in March 2017, Ning was partner and CEO of 9M Stone Capital, a Hong Kong incorporated asset management firm. Between 2010 and 2016 Lin worked at UBS AG in Hong Kong. He was a managing director and fixed income trading head and was also an executive officer of UBS AG HK Branch under the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. Prior to that, he worked at Nomura International Hong Kong, and Lehman Brothers before the merger in 2008, for a combined 11 years. He was the main trader of exotic rates, fx and hybrids portfolio in Asia across major G10 and EM currencies. Ning holds a Master’s degree in Business and is also a CFA charter-holder.
