We’re a national charity helping to build a fulfilled life for everyone affected by spinal cord injury. For more than 45 years we’ve empowered spinal cord injured people to rebuild their lives after injury.<\/p>\n
And we’ve done it through practical help and support from our specially trained staff and volunteers. Now our community can access expert help at the click of a button via this new website, while professionals can get the training they need to give the very best care.<\/p>\n
Roughly 2,500 people each year sustain or acquire a spinal cord injury, and we’re currently undergoing a period of rapid development to create a network of support available to every spinal cord injured person in the UK. We’re set to become a true association of people and partners, working together to give spinal cord injured people the support they need and deserve.<\/p>\n
