After the USA, Japan is the second largest export market outside the EU for British fashion designers and companies. It is a highly competitive but generally very rewarding market.

 

The key to success is to understand the characteristics of the Japanese fashion market and to enter the market in the right way. Adjustment to quality, appropriate pricing to reflect high quality expectations and brand value are all essential to success.
