Categorised under: Education, Other News
Ashinaga UK is running a series of events in October around the theme “Access Education for All”. Its fundraising campaign supports incoming and current students as they begin the new academic year in a challenging and uncertain global setting, and it begins on 5 October 2020: World Teachers’ Day.
One of the events will be a Haiku Competition, starting on 10 October.
Prizes will include a Japanese food box from Makes Miso Hungry (a new premium Japanese recipe box service), a Japan Centre voucher worth £25 and many other Ashinaga goodies!
Please refer to the Ashinaga UK website for updates here.
Paul Conneally – Education and Regional Director of the World Haiku Club and former Haibun editor of the World Haiku Review, has very kindly agreed to judge the competition.
