Increasing carbon emissions have now reached an alarming rate causing fluctuating impacts on temperature and sea, levels.
The Japan and UK are at the forefront having agreements in minimizing carbon emissions from 1990 levels to 80% by 2050.
Retrofitting buildings with renewable energy and advanced smart insulation technologies are a particular focus of this symposium.
